Tee Leashes Shipping Policy

Processing Times

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (Canada)

We ship exclusively with Canada Post.

• Standard Shipping: Free within Canada. Estimated delivery is 3–9 business days.
• Express Shipping: Available at checkout for an additional cost. Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days.

United States Shipping

We currently ship to the U.S. using Canada Post services. Customers can choose from:

• Expedited Parcel USA
• Tracked Packet USA
• Xpresspost USA

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the service selected. Delivery times vary depending on the option chosen and may be subject to customs clearance.

International Shipping

At this time, Tee Leashes does not offer international shipping outside Canada and the United States.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your package’s progress.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears lost or delayed, please contact us at clientcare@teeleashes.com. We will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Tee Leashes is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
