Tee Leashes Refund Policy
We have a 30‑day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with any tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds are not automatically authorized once your order has shipped. Please contact us to discuss eligibility.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We may request photos or video evidence of the issue to help us evaluate the claim and provide the fastest resolution.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon receiving your product. In those cases, Tee Leashes may provide a prepaid return label or otherwise cover reasonable return shipping costs at our discretion.
Exceptions / non‑returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union cooling‑off period
If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
We reserve the right to deny a return request if items do not meet our policy requirements. In some cases, we may choose to refund the purchase price (excluding shipping), or offer a discount toward a future purchase. Our main goal is to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your Tee Leashes experience.
